RETURN & REFUND

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to return and receive a refund, please firstly contact us via email within 30 days, email:info@laixton.com. We will try our best to meet your request. 

Cancellation

  • Order cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

WE OFFER 30-DAYS RETURN SERVICE.
(From the day you receive the package, you can contact us within 30 days if you don't like the product you purchased.)

 

Preconditions for Returns & Exchanges

-Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition.

-Your return & exchange request can be submitted for the issues on quality, size and color only within 30 days of receiving your original order.

-You will be responsible for the shipping costs returning your item. We advise to use a trackable shipping service and to purchase shipping insurance if the item is worth over $75.


Returns 

 

We accept return of products(except Final sale/Clearance item(s), swimwear, underwear, panties and accessories). Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.

 

How to Make Your Return
1. Contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return, better with photos to describe the problem.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please return the package using local post within 7 days to the return address we provided to you.
3. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition.

4.After the inspection, we will refund you.

Note:

1.Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

2.The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Freight to Collect Packages and are not acceptable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3.We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests. 

Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address.

4.Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.


Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
After we process your refund, the refund will automatically be credited to your credit card or original payment method within 1-3 working days ( (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank).

Exchanges

Issue caused by LAIXTON’s fault(sending wrong item\size), we’ll do full refund or exchanges after our warehouse get goods back, and be responsible for all extra costs.

Issue caused by customer’ fault(ordered wrong item\size, unwanted items), we’ll accept return or exchanges after our warehouse get goods back, but customer will has to responsible for the extra shipping costs.

Firstly,Contact our customer service and provide the reason for the exchange and the size you would like to exchange.

Then, you need send the item(s) you received to us, once we receive the package and check it, then send you the size you want.

Note:

1.Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. Freight to collect is not acceptable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

2.Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.


Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@laixton.com.

The customer will be responsible for the bellowing conditions,

  1. High tariff unable to clear customs.
  2. Address error unable to receive.
  3. Any other Uncontrollable situation unable to receive.
